Wrist Flexors Isometric Strength with Forearm in Neutral (Therabar)

Start by sitting at a table. Hold a Therabar with both hands, the hand to be practiced lower, the forearm supported on the table and the wrist in a neutral position.
With the hand above, twist the Therabar inwards. With the lower hand resist movement and maintain the neutral position of the wrist.

Note. By lowering the upper hand closer to the other hand, the torque to be resisted increases.
