Wrist Extensors Stretch Version 2

Standing or sitting. Hold the back of one hand with the other so that the palm is facing you.
Keep the elbow straight, lift the arm up. As you lift your arm bend your fingers down with the supporting hand. Lift the arm until you feel a stretch in your wrist and forearm.
Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
