Wrist extensor stretch using a chair
Stand with a chair in front of you.
Place the back of your hand on the chair, with your fingers pointing towards yourself.
Support your elbow using your other hand.
Straighten your elbow and slowly transfer weight forward so that your wrist bends further and you feel a stretch in your forearm.
Hold the stretch for a moment and then relax.
