Wobble board SLS Arabesque

Stand up straight on one leg in the center of a wobble board, other leg lifted up in front of you at 90 degrees.
Hold a slash pipe in both hands using an overhand grip.
Bend forwards at the hip while reaching your arms forward and your non-standing leg straight behind you.
Make sure you move through the hip and that you keep your spine in neutral.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
