Wobble board overhead squat with slash pipe
Stand upright in the middle of a wobble board.
Hold a slash pipe in both hands at chest height using an over hand grip.
Take a broomstick or a dowel and hold it up above your head with your arms straight.
Keep your arms straight, chest up and torso stable.
Return to the start position and repeat.
Required equipment: Wobble board, Wobble cushion / foam
