Whole body vibration platform – static triceps dip ("Triceps dips" Elbow extension strengthening isometric - hands on vibration platform)

Adjust the time, intensity, and frequency settings on the vibration platform as instructed by your therapist.
Sit up straight with your back to the vibration platform, and position your hands either side of you and over the edge.
Extend your feet out on the floor in front of you.
Push through the heels of your hands and straighten your elbows to lift your buttocks into the air.
Pause when your hips are level with the vibration platform, and hold this position for the set duration, before returning to the start position.
Repeat.
To increase the difficulty of this exercise, position your feet further away in front you
