Lie on your back with your legs extended.
Lift your arms above your head.
Allow the weight of your head, shoulders, arms, back, pelvis, hips, thighs, knees, ankles and feet completely on the floor.
Lengthen your body by stretching your arms and legs and breathe in.
Then release and breath out.
