Whole body lengthening - body awareness

Lie on your back with legs straight and arms by your sides.
Feel the contact area between your body and the mat and fully surrender your weight
on the mat.
Gently push the top of your head towards the wall behind you, lengthening your neck and allowing your chin to find its natural resting position.
Feel your whole body lengthening along your entire midline.
Then cross your fingers and stretch out your hands and feet.
Release and listen to the aliveness of your body.
Allow your breath to flow freely.
