Stand facing a tabletop with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Place a towel on the tabletop.
Bend forward and place your hands on the towel with your fingers bent into relaxed fists.
Keeping your fists on the towel, gently rock your body side to side as many times as advised.
Then place one foot behind the other as if you are taking a step.
Keeping your fists on the towel, gently rock your body backward and forward as many times as advised.
If you are uncomfortable making a fist then use an open hand with your palms on the towel.
