Walking Sideways with Exercise Band (Glute Walk)

Stand on exercise band with your feet at hip-width position. Hold to the ends of the exercise band so that the band is crossed. Tighten the slack off the band.

Keep knees fairly straight and pointing forward or slightly outwards. Start taking steps to the side against the resistance from the band.
