Front Rack Walking Lunge

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. A bar rests on front shoulder muscles. Use a loose fingertip grip, hands just outside shoulders and elbows high.

Step forward and lunge down keeping your trunk upright and knees aligned with the toes. Drive through the heel of the leading leg, straighten your hip and take a step forward.

Note: Keep your upper body upright and elbows high.
