Walking high knee march into explosive calf raise (hands on hips) (High knee march, walking, with explosive heel lift, hands on waist)

Stand up straight with your hands on your hips.
When ready, bring one knee up as high as you can in front of you, maintaining your balance.
Simultaneously, push up onto the tiptoes of your standing leg in an explosive motion, causing you to momentarily clear the ground.
Upon landing, lower your leg down, taking a forward step.
Repeat, leading with your other leg.
Continue to travel in a forward direction.
