Walking high knee march into explosive calf raise (arm swing) (High knee march, walking, with explosive heel lift/opposite arm swing)

Stand up straight.
When ready, bring one knee up as high as you can in front of you, whilst raising your opposite arm.
Maintain your balance.
Simultaneously, push up onto the tiptoes of your standing leg in an explosive motion, causing you to momentarily clear the ground.
Upon landing, lower your arm and leg down, taking a forward step.
Repeat leading with your other arm and leg.
Continue to travel in a forward direction.
