Begin by walking forward in a clear open space.
Turn your head and gaze to one side whilst you continue to walk forwards for 2 steps.
Then turn your head and gaze back to centre whilst you continue to walk forwards for 2 steps.
Continue this pattern of walking forward with head turns to one side for 2 steps, back to the centre for 2 steps, then head turn to the other side for 2 steps, back to centre for 2 steps.
