Begin by walking forwards in a clear open space.
Turn your head and gaze to one side whilst you continue to walk forwards for 3 steps.
Then turn your head and gaze to the other side whilst you continue to walk forwards for 3 steps.
Return to center, then tilt your head and gaze up whilst you continue to walk forwards for 3 steps.
Then tilt your head and gaze down whilst you continue to walk forwards for 3 steps.
Repeat this pattern of exercise as many times as instructed.
