Vibration Plate Static squat with dumb bells
Stand on Vibration plate holding dumb bells in each hand.
Take a good neck and trunk posture and slightly bend knees.
Bring dumb bells up to shoulder height (as in the picture) with 90 degree flexion in the shoulder, elbows bent, palms facing each other.
Hold this position during the time the plate vibrates.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Vibration plate, Dumbbell
