ULNT1 Musculocutaneous Nerve Mobilisation, Forearm/Wrist Tensioner

Start seated with arm at your side and elbow bent, fist clenched.

Straighten your elbow and bend your wrist to the little finger side.
Bend your elbow and return your wrist to starting position.

The exercise should be performed painlessly. The movements are only taken to the point where you begin to feel something.
