Ulnar nerve glide - mid range with neck SF ('Neurodynamics' Ulnar nerve - elbow flexion/cervical side bending, mid range)

Sit or stand up straight with your affected arm out to your side and your elbow bent.
Extend your wrist so that your palm faces the ceiling.
Place your other hand across your shoulder and collar bone, applying some gentle downwards pressure to keep your neck long.
Move your hand and forearm in towards the side of your head, touching your fingertips to your throat.
Simultaneously tilt your head away from this arm.
Bring your forearm back to the vertical position, extending your wrist and straightening your head as one fluid movement.
Repeat the sequence, ensuring you do not over stretch your symptoms.
