Tummy time on gym ball (trunk hold)
Kneel on the floor holding your baby with the gym ball in front of you.
Lie your baby on their front over the ball facing you.
Support them around their shoulders or trunk depending on their requirement.
Roll your baby towards you, they should try to lift their head up.
Then roll them away from you.
Repeat this movement.
Required equipment: Ball - large, Stability Ball, Assistant
