TRX kneeling tricep press ("Triceps overhead press" Elbow extension strengthening, with TRX, kneeling)

Kneel down with your legs shoulder width apart.
Grasp the handles of the TRX and hold your arms straight out in front of you, parallel to the ground.
Pivoting at your knees, bend your elbows, leaning your body and thighs forwards.
Your head will move forwards between your forearms with your hands just above head height.
Ensure you keep a straight line from your head to your knees.
Straighten your elbows, pushing your body back up to the starting position.
Ensure your upper arms remain parallel with the floor throughout the movement.
