Trunk rotation with extension in standing - reaching behind, DR

Stand up straight with the water at chest depth and your feet shoulder width apart.
Place hand behind your back and bring the other hand close to the opposite thigh.
Bring the hand from thigh and reach behind you as far as you can by turning and extending your trunk.
Repeat the movement with the opposite arm.
