Trunk rotation stretch - with stick (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Place a long stick across your shoulders behind your neck.
When ready, rotate your trunk as far as you can in one direction, following with your eyes.
Return to the start position before repeating in the opposite direction.
