Trunk rotation stretch – reach across (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Place one arm across your body and hold onto the opposite wheel push-rim.
When ready, pull through your arm to rotate your trunk in the same direction.
Allow your other arm to reach behind you.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
