Tricep dips with isometric hold (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold onto the push-rims with your elbows bent.
When ready, push down through your hands, straighten your elbows, and lift your buttocks from the wheelchair.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
