Tricep dips (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold onto the push-rims and tires with your elbows bent.
When ready, push down through your hands, straighten your elbows, and lift your buttocks from the wheelchair temporarily.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
