Trapeze walking

Choose a carpet or a line on the floor in your home. Every time you walk past the carpet or the line on the floor, challenge your balance and try to do this exercise. The aim is that this exercise becomes a part of your everyday life as a routine.

Walk slowly along the edge of the carpet or the line on the floor, placing one heel to touch the toes of the other foot. You can keep your arms out to the sides to help you keep your balance.
