Alternately stick out your tongue wide and pointy.
Repeat 5 times.
Lick your lower lip and the upper lip with the tongue.
Repeat 5 times.
Push your tongue into your left and right cheeks.
Provide pressure with your index finger against your cheek.
Repeat 5 times.
Speak forcefully: ta-la-ta-ta-la-la. Repeat 5 times.
A tip: If possible, do these exercises in front of the mirror.
