Throwing and catching in prone
Lie face down on a bed with your head and both arms over the edge.
Hold a ball between your hands.
With your elbows almost straight and arms reached out in front of you, bounce the ball to the floor and catch it on the rebound.
To increase the difficulty of the exercise you can try to throw faster or use heavier or different-sized balls.
If you need more stability, you can ask a partner to hold your legs.
