Thoracic extension and chest opening on exercise ball
Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lean your back on an exercise ball, place your hands behind your head with elbows out to the side. Stretch out your back over the ball. Straighten your knees as you roll back on the ball. In a controlled manner return to starting position.
