Stand near a wall in case a support is required.
Fold your arms across your chest.
Walk forwards, placing one foot in front of the other, so that the heel touches the toes of your other foot.
Tilt your head and gaze upwards whilst you take 3 steps forwards.
Then tilt your head and gaze downwards as you take your next 3 steps forwards.
Repeat this pattern of walking in tandem with head tilts up for 3 steps and then down for 3 steps.
