Suspension strap split squat

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Shorten the straps and hold a handle in each hand.
Take a large step backwards with one leg, bending the front and rear knees until they reach 90 degrees.
Push through your legs to straighten both legs, use arms to assist as needed.
Repeat for required number of repetitions and then return to starting position.
