Suspension Bicep Curl (Pronated)

Exercise strap setting: Adjust the handles to approximately waist height in starting position.

Start by standing and facing towards the anchor point and hold both handles in front of you. Lean back, keeping your body in a straight line, so that your arms straighten to shoulder level (palms downwards).

Bend your elbows and bring hands towards shoulders. Don't let your elbows drop. Straighten your elbows to starting position with control.
