Supine shoulder flexion with medicine ball

Lie on your back with knees bent.
Hold a medicine ball above your belly with both hands.
Keeping your elbows bent at 90 degree, slowly lift up your arms up and over your head.
Briefly hold this position before returning your arm back down to your hips in a controlled manner.
