Supine shoulder flexion and elbow extension
Lie on your back with your arms by your sides.
Bend the elbow of your affected side to 90 degrees.
Then lift the elbow to point straight up towards the ceiling.
Straighten your elbow, holding your upper arm in place.
Then let your elbow bend back to 90 and lower you arm back to the starting position.
