Supine shoulder extension/scapular retraction strength BR (level 1) (Shoulder extension/scapular retraction, buoyancy resisted (level 1), supine)

Place a buoyancy collar around your neck. Lie on your back with your feet supported under the wall bar and a noodle under your hips.
Rest your head back into the water and keep your body flat.
Keeping your arms straight, push your arms down towards the floor of the pool whilst pinching your shoulder blades together.
Return to the start position.
