Supine Lumbar spine mobilisation, side flexion/side glide (Lumbar side bending mobilization, side glide, with assist, supine on float)
You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Ask your assistant to stand beside your lower back.
Your assistant will place one of their forearms under your hips with the other under your lower back, holding onto your opposite side with their hands.
Your assistant shall then gently pull towards themselves with their hand under your lower back.
Return to the starting position and repeat.
Required equipment: Buoyancy collar, Float - noodle, Inflatable ring - large, Assistant
