Supine isometric shoulder flexion

Lie on your back with your knees bent. One elbow is bent at 90 degrees close to your body. Hold on to the top of your fist with the other hand. If needed, use a towel under the shoulder of the resisting arm to find a relaxed posture.

Try to move your hand upwards while resisting the movement with your other hand. Then relax.
