Supine hip external rotation - body awareness

Lie on your back with your legs slightly apart and extended.
Rest your arms by your side.
Feel the contact area of your body on the mat and surrender the weight of your whole body on the ground.
Slowly and effortlessly turn your legs outwards and release back to the mid position.
Feel the movement moment by moment without straining to the end position.
Surrender the weight of your legs after each movement.
Allow your breath to flow naturally.
