Supine Hamstring Stretch with Band

Lie on your back with legs straight. Put an exercise band under the sole of your foot and hold on to the band with both hands.

With the help of the exercise band, pull the leg towards your chest. Straighten the knee until you feel a stretch in the back of your thigh. Keep the other leg straight on the ground or bend it if uncomfortable. Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
