Supine forearm pronation/supination

Lie on your back with your head supported on a pillow.
Bend your elbow to 90 degrees so your finger tips are pointed towards the ceiling; the back of your upper arm should remain in contact with the table.
Keeping your elbow bent, rotate your forearm so that your palm faces your head.
Hold briefly and then rotate your forearm so that your palm faces your feet.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
