You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Place an inflatable ring on each of your legs.
Ask your assistant to stand behind your head facing towards your body.
Your assistant shall place each of their hands on the palm of your hands with your arms above your head.
On your assistant' command, simultaneously grip their fingers by forming a fist and pull both of your arms into your side against your helper’s resistance.
Your assistant will need to adjust their position and level of resistance to accommodate this movement.
You shall move through the water towards your assistant.
Return to the start position and repeat.
