Supine dumbbell wrist flexion
Lie face up on the ground with your knees bent and arms down by your side.
Hold a weight in the hand of your affected arm with your palm facing up.
Bend the wrist up, lifting the weight off the ground.
Hold briefly and then control the movement back down to the ground.
Keep your forearm in contact with the ground throughout this exercise.
