Supine Chin Tuck

Lie on your back with a pillow or folded towel under your head.
Pull your chin in towards your spine, pressing your head and neck against the pillow.
You should create double chins.
Your head should not tilt down or up during this movement.
Hold for the required amount of time and then relax.
