Supine Barbell Bench Press

Lie on your back on a bench, with legs supported on the floor. Grasp the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width and lift it off the rack.

Lower the bar downwards and once it lightly touches your chest, straighten your elbows and push the bar back up towards the ceiling. Keep shoulders down and back flat on the bench throughout the movement.
