Superman on wobble cushion - with alternate shoulder press
Lie face down with a wobble cushion on your stomach.
Hold dumbbells in each hand and bring them next to your face by bending elbows.
Lift your chest from the ground by activating back muscles.
Bring one dumbbell over your head by straightening your elbow.
Tight your trunk and shoulder muscles to prevent your body from sagging.
Slowly bring the weight next to your face and repeat the movement with the opposite arm.
Required equipment: Mat, Weights, free, Wobble cushion / foam, Dumbbell
