Suitcase carry with kettlebell - unilateral

Stand next to a weight, such as a kettlebell.
Squat down and lift the weight.
Walk forward, while holding the weight.
Try to keep your shoulders level and upper body over your pelvis whilst walking.
Squat down to lower the weight to the floor.
