Straight leg raise in long-sitting (adaptive) - without prosthesis
You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthesis.
Sit with your legs straight in front of you.
Tense your thigh muscles and then lift your residual leg upwards and hold this position.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
