Straight arm plank with resisted hand taps

Start on your hands and toes, with a resistance band loop around your wrists.
Align your body from your heels to the top of your head.
When ready, shift your weight onto one arm while keeping your hips level and your body straight.
Tap the floor at various positions around you with your other hand, then shift your weight back to both arms and repeat with the other side.
