Straight arm front plank (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Perform this exercise with your prosthetic on and ensure it is tightly secured.
Kneel down on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Lift your knees off the floor and straighten your legs so that you are in a straight line from the top of your head to your heels.
Push your hands into the floor so that your shoulder blades flatten against your back.
Hold this position for as long as prescribed and remember to breathe.
In a controlled manner return to the start position.
