Lie on your back with your legs extended.
Surrender the weight of your head, shoulders, back and torso, pelvis, arms and legs fully on the ground.
Gently place one hand on your solar plexus under your chest and your other hand just below the navel.
Then simultaneously move your hands in a clockwise and anti-clockwise movements with your hands.
Feel your palms and your belly while massaging.
Allow your breath to flow freely all the way down to your lower belly without pushing or pulling.
